All other uses are expressly prohibited. The materials on Dealsflow’s web site are provided “as is”. Dealsflow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Dealsflow does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Dealsflow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dealsflow’s Internet site, even if Dealsflow or a Dealsflow authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 7. Refunds
Since Dealsflow is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent or accessed on our website. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
7-day exception:
If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 7 days of your purchase of the course, that Dealsflow refunds your account. We reserve the right to apply a credit or a refund, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners or the platform from which you purchased your course (website, mobile). No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 7-day guarantee time limit has passed. To request a credit/refund, please contact us via email.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines, you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.

Dealsflow has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dealsflow of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
9. Site Terms of Use Modifications
